This service does NOT include in‑depth supplier qualification due diligence, which is a separate dedicated service package with no overlapping content.

We only organize inquiries, analyze quotations, compare suppliers and provide negotiation guidance.

我们不参与采购合同签署、收款、生产履约、质检、物流、报关或交货。所有贸易履约责任由境外买家与中国供应商直接承担。

We do not participate in purchase contract signing, payment collection, production performance, quality control, logistics, customs clearance or goods delivery. All trade performance liabilities shall be borne directly between the overseas buyer and Chinese suppliers.
