For cross‑border trading enterprises with wholly‑owned subsidiaries established in China, aiming to regulate Shipper and Consignee information on bill of lading, isolate real domestic suppliers from overseas end‑customer data and protect confidential intermediary trade information.
✅ 包含: 提单发货人 – 收货人结构规划、提单文件审核与规范化指导；指导将中国子公司设为提单发货人，并按客户要求将收货人设置为客户母公司或指定第三方收货人；指导准备船公司订舱所要求的联系人、电话与邮箱等必填信息；单据细节风险提示；每单票订单的全套文件方案支持。
✅ Included: Bill of lading shipper‑consignee structure planning, bill of lading document review and standardization guidance; guidance to set the China subsidiary as Shipper on bill of lading, and configure Consignee as client’s parent company or designated third‑party recipient per client’s requirement; guidance for preparing mandatory contact person, phone number and email information required by shipping lines for booking; document‑detail risk reminders; full‑set document solution support for each single order.

This package only provides bill‑of‑lading structure consultation, document review and document‑standardization guidance. We do not perform booking, customs declaration, document submission to shipping lines or bill‑of‑lading issuance and other logistics operations. Final content, format and issuance of bill of lading are subject to independent review by shipping lines. - 我们会在下单前对纸质提单信息开展风险检查，以降低纸质单据的信息泄露风险。但我们无法完全消除来自船公司系统、货代、海关或其他第三方渠道导致的信息泄露风险。
We conduct pre‑order risk checks on paper‑based bill‑of‑lading information to reduce the risk of information leakage on paper documents. However, we cannot fully eliminate information leakage risks arising from shipping‑line systems, freight forwarders, customs or other third‑party channels. - 服务费仅涵盖文件咨询与方案服务，不含海运费及船公司收取的各项单证费用。多批次发运或复杂贸易结构的服务可另行报价。
Service fee covers document consultation and solution service only. Ocean freight and various document fees charged by shipping lines are not included. Services for multi‑batch shipments or complex trade structures are available upon separate quotation.

持有中国全资子公司的跨境居间贸易商。主流船公司现已要求提供发货人与收货人完整的联系人、电话及邮箱信息方可完成订舱，这使上下游双方信息互相暴露的风险很高。通过指定中国子公司为提单发货人并向船公司提交其完整联系信息，可避免真实国内供应商从纸质提单上获取海外终端买家的联系方式，也阻断了海外终端买家获取真实国内工厂信息的途径，从而保护居间商的贸易利润与商业机密。
Cross‑border intermediary traders holding wholly‑owned subsidiaries in China. Major shipping lines now require complete contact person, phone and email details for shipper and consignee to complete booking, which creates high risk of mutual information disclosure between upstream and downstream parties. By appointing the China subsidiary as Shipper on bill of lading and submitting its complete contact details to shipping lines, real domestic suppliers are prevented from obtaining overseas end‑buyer contact information from paper bill‑of‑lading documents, and overseas end‑buyers are blocked from accessing real domestic factory information. This protects intermediaries’ trade profits and business confidentiality.
