✅ Included: Supplier sourcing & bilingual RFQ support, multi‑supplier price comparison, business negotiation assistance, shipping & logistics review, basic procurement contract review, export full‑process guidance and trade document archiving
❌ 不包含: 工厂实地考察、工厂深度尽职调查、工厂现场验厂、样品检测、第三方出货前检验、正式法律意见书、现场出口退税申报、1039市场采购贸易报关办理。超出约定量的服务将另行收费。
❌ Excluded: On‑site factory fieldwork, in‑depth factory due diligence, on‑site factory audits, sample testing, third‑party pre‑shipment inspection, formal legal opinions, on‑site export tax rebate filing, Mode‑1039 customs declaration handling. Excess‑volume services will be charged separately.

本套餐仅提供咨询、协调、指导、审查及文件输出服务，不参与客户实际贸易履约。客户自行选择并与供应商合作，因供应商合作产生的贸易纠纷、质量风险及经济损失均由客户自行承担。我们不保证获得市场最低FOB报价。出口信用保险的投保审批由保险公司决定，我们无法保证结果。比价报告、合同审查及深度咨询均有每月数量限制，超出部分将另行报价。服务开始后，客户单方面提前终止的，已预付费用不予退还。所有交付成果仅限客户本项目自用，不得复用、共享或转让给第三方主体。
This package provides consulting, coordination, guidance, review and document‑output services only. We do not participate in clients’ actual trade performance. Clients independently select and cooperate with suppliers; all trade disputes, quality risks and economic losses from supplier cooperation shall be fully borne by the client. We do not guarantee the lowest market FOB quotation. Export credit insurance application approval is decided by insurance companies and cannot be guaranteed. Monthly quantity limits apply to comparison reports, contract reviews and in‑depth consultations; excess work will be quoted separately. Once service commences, prepaid fees are non‑refundable for client unilateral early termination. All deliverables are for the client’s own‑project use only and may not be reused, shared or transferred to third‑party entities.
