Scope of Service　服务范围

1. 企业用工资质预核验：审核您在华注册主体作为用工单位的基本条件，涵盖营业执照有效性、企业基本状态及聘用外籍员工的通用用工资质要求。
   Enterprise sponsoring qualification pre‑verification: review basic conditions of your China‑registered entity as the employing unit, covering business‑license validity, basic enterprise status and general employer‑eligibility requirements for hiring foreign employees.
2. 申请人个人资质梳理：梳理外籍员工申请 Z 字工作签证路径的基本前提条件，并提示高风险国籍相关审查情形的特别注意事项。
   Personal applicant qualification sorting: sort out basic prerequisites for foreign staff applying for Z‑work‑visa route, note special reminders for high‑risk‑nationality related review scenarios.
3. 完整材料清单汇编：列明企业所需文件（营业执照、银行开户证明、银行流水、经营场所照片、社保相关记录等）与个人所需文件（无犯罪记录证明、体检报告、护照资料页、劳动合同等）；如家属随行，补充相应材料提示。

  For enterprises that need to prepare one‑year local‑enterprise operational background materials required under certain regional review scenarios for foreign employees’ Z‑Work Visa and Residence Permit application, we provide sorting and documentation guidance for relevant operational materials. This service is not covered under Package K and can be obtained by purchasing Package C.
