一次性费用：每个账户 500 美元
One-time fee: 500 USD per account
政策更新：修订后的《公司法》已于 2024 年 7 月 1 日生效。在此日期之后设立的企业，须自成立之日起 5 年内完成全部注册资本实缴。
Policy Update: The revised Company Law took effect on July 1, 2024. Enterprises incorporated after this date must complete full capital contribution within 5 years from incorporation.
前提条件：客户已拥有中国外商投资企业及日常使用的对公基本账户。
Prerequisite: Client already has a China foreign-invested company and a daily corporate basic account.
✅ 包含: FDI 登记合规指导、文件整理、资金来源核验辅导、银行尽调面试准备及全流程咨询支持。
✅ Included: FDI registration compliance guidance, document sorting, capital source verification coaching, bank due diligence interview preparation and full-process consultation support.
❌ 不包含: 外汇局官费、银行收费、审计与公证费用。不保证审批结果。
❌ Excluded: Official foreign exchange bureau fees, bank charges, audit & notarization fees. No guaranteed approval result.

We do not guarantee successful account opening. Company registration service is not included in this package. Once service commences, prepaid fees are non-refundable for client unilateral early termination. All deliverables are for the client’s own-project use only and may not be reused, shared or transferred to third-party entities.
