Diana Ding has over ten years of hands-on cross-border business experience. Her expertise covers international trade, ocean freight, international insurance, cross-border legal risk control, international exhibitions, international marketing, overseas investment promotion and cross-border investment.
At 19, while studying in her second year of university, she joined her family’s maritime business. She built a solid understanding of maritime legal risks and risk control systems. Between 21 and 22, she served as CEO of the family shipping company, independently managing the operation team.
From 22 to 23, Diana led the family enterprise’s international trade division. She managed teams and negotiated directly with clients across the Middle East, Africa and Southeast Asia. She gained deep insights into export credit insurance and its role in securing trade payment terms, alongside broad knowledge of international insurance. During this period, she worked on-site in Dubai, developing business through international exhibitions and international marketing until age 24.
She pursued further studies in Europe from 24 and returned to China at 26. Back in China, she focused on foreign investment attraction and cross-border investment projects, gaining extensive hands-on experience in government liaison and project delivery.
In 2018, she travelled to Pakistan, Malaysia and Dubai for frontline investment work. She took part in the development and investment promotion of the China-UAE Industrial Capacity Cooperation Demonstration Zone and helped multiple manufacturers establish operations there. She supported Chinese enterprises investing in the Gwadar Port region and coordinated the groundwork for China Tobacco’s market entry into Pakistan. Under her leadership, her organization became an official partner of the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism. In 2023, Diana was appointed Director of the International Department at the National Belt and Road Working Committee.
Today, drawing on rich practical experience across international operations, Diana delivers one-stop China market entry solutions for foreign investors. Her services include FDI incorporation, capital registration, foreign enterprise compliance, residence permit applications for foreign executives and their families, and cross-border investment risk assessment.
